Join the ONESEA Solutions Cadet Induction Program and gain valuable hands-on experience on board modern container vessels operated by a globally recognized shipping company.

We offer:

• Sea-going practice on large, ultra-safe, and highly advanced container vessels.
• Possibility of employment after completing the program.
• Negotiable contract duration – 4/5/6 months.
• Salary – 708 USD per month.
• Scholarship paid only during study period – 240 USD/month (max 3 semesters).

Requirements:

• Student status at a maritime academy.
• Students from 3^rd year (starting 5^th semester). 
• Good command of English.

Planned interview with representatives of ONESEA Solutions will take place on 
06^th of November 2026 at Uniwersytet Morski in Gdynia.

Interview format:

• Small workshop in English — introduction and self-presentation,
• Written qualification test,
• Individual interview (approx. 20 minutes per person).
